Purchased this hoping a metal NFC card would be a nice addition to my wallet. Sadly – the NFC didn’t work (at least not on my iPhone) – and I did all of the steps I’d normally do to try and solve the issue. I even tried another NFC device that worked perfectly. I didn’t find a clear answer on the help page a so I reached out to customer service. I received a prompt response with instructions – and when I responded – I received quick replies. Ultimately – the support partner determined that they should send me a new card. It arrived and worked perfectly right out of the box. They even asked me for details about my process and attempts to get it to work so they could update their instructions and guidance. This is clearly a company that wants to do right by their customers and is striving to continually improve a solid product. Bravo! Glad I made the switch.
