What a super cute idea! This birthday card is so functional and extremely cute. I gave it to my sister for her birthday and she absolutely adores it. It’s been over a month for her birthday, she still has it on her mantle as a sweet reminder, but without all the calories, lol. A birthday cake card Was such a cute idea. It has instructions on the inside card, but, even if those weren’t available, it is an extremely easy pop-up to do. It has a sweet little blank, happy birthday card inside so you can write and personalize the card.

This is a beautiful novelty card.The package it arrives in doubles as the mailing envelope. It is oversized so it requires extra postage. But the card and the envelope are sturdy and well made.It’s pricey for a card (currently $13) but it looks like am expensive card and it is well worth the price for the craftsmanship in my opinion.This is such a fun and extra special birthday greeting. We collect cards in my family (I store them and then display then every time the corresponding birthday or holiday comes around) so I really appreciate a well made card. Obviously not a gift for someone who looks it a card and chucks them – but a card like this gifted to the right person is so worth the price. Wow factor indeed.The pop up also comes with a matching mini card. It’s sized perfectly for a gift card (see pic). You’ll see the cards next to a standard sized gift card (see felt octopus card – evidence that we love cards and splurge on them). It’s a lovely and thoughtful addition. Also matching the theme of a pop up bouquet because every flower delivery comes with a small card, right?The pop up instructions are clear and easy. And the effect is lovely.
