This is a really cool journal. I was looking at a bunch of pre-formatted travel journals with prompts and this seemed like the best one.I will say, it seems like the various 6-ish page entries are designed for an entire trip rather than individual days of a trip, but it can totally be used for that purpose (that’s how I used them anyway).That said, my 2 critiques are that (1) I wish there was a dedicated spot that can be used to describe the weather and (2) there aren’t enough pages. I’m going to be using this journal to document my trip to Japan, and so that leaves very few pages left for any future trips.It would be awesome to buy just the pages from this seller so that I can fill out the journal with more week long trips, rather than just day / weekend trips.(A bonus suggestion would be a stretch loop connected to the journal to hold your pen).

This travel journal not only documents your travels, but helps plan and organize your trips. It has a check list and packing list and I plan to use it to record all of the preparation details for my trips this year. Then, once the trip begins I can log my activities and memories. The stories and notes section has prompts, so that you can add information and observations that will become great reflections later on.I appreciate the binder that opens and closes to rearrange or add pages if I need to. There’s a fold out world map, protected by a plastic divider page, when it’s closed. The journal cover is thick, durable and easy to clean, with metal tabs that hold the elastic cord that keeps the book closed. This means the cover won’t get worn by the cord over time. The cover has an aged look and is designed to become a keepsake, with a global design etched into the leather. It’s a beautiful, quality journal, with everything needed to preserve vacation memories.
