Holds up perfectly to even thick laters of fountain pen noodler’s ink, and even held onto soft pastel pretty impressively. Beautiful looking and well crafted (no funky smells, even pressing and pretty smooth texture). I don’t have many occasions to write on parchment, but with paper like this I just might have to find more excuses to do so. 🙂

This is excellent paper for making journals, writing letters, and scrapbooking. It looks old fashioned, but is sturdy and handles almost any type of pen and ink (fountain, ballpoint, rollerball, gel, etc.) Especially for fountain pens, the ink doesn’t bleed through the paper and most inks perform well on it. I will certainly be buying more when this runs out!
