Shipping (based on other reviews I have read) has much improved, at least for their shipment to me. Now the 10 500pc. reams come in the carton box, as shown in the picture. As expected with the large weight of the carton and thin cardboard support, it does get quite a bit banged up during shipment, to say the least. However, only 3 reams were torn and partially open upon arrival, and it had NO effect on the paper inside. There are also now 4 plastic string reinforcements for the shipment, 3 long and 1 across. So if you are hesitant to buying this carton, I would say it is safe to assume at least 90% of the paper will be usable, if not 100% such as in my case.So, since the shipping has much improved and since the paper quality is the best I have used, I would say this paper is well worth the cost! Get some and you will find out what the other reviewers mean when they say it is spectacular. Great thickness, great durability, and very white!

This paper is great value for money. It arrived fast, and was delivered for FREE. I hate that there are so many reviews just pertaining to the shipping of this item. Granted, the box didn’t arrive in pristine condition… but I can’t imaging hauling around 10 reams of paper without expecting a little wear and tear. All the contents themselves are perfectly protected, all 5000 pages. And for the convenience of not having to lug this thing home in my car, honestly, if a few sheets happened to be bent, BIG DEAL….So for the paper, nice document weight, bright and holds up well to double sided printing. I am planing on using this to bind a few documents together using comb binding. When I do I’ll update the review to let you know how the paper stands up to that.In my view, if you’re sitting on the fence because of the reviews about how this product ships, just go ahead and buy it. Amazon has great customer service, and will make sure you get what you paid for 🙂
