Just exactly was I wanted. The material is soft and feels great. I love it’s simplicity. No letter holder, no multiple credit car holders, no hidden cash pouch. Just a great binder for notes, not a purse. It lies flat and the inside provides a good surface for writing. No dragging your pen over sppedbumps and moguls. I have been years trying to find this and am so glad to have finally found it.

Not to flimsy, but not too stiff. It will have the vintage look, like leather scratches when you slide it in and out of a bag. I like the look though. Like the thickness and color of the paper, it doesn’t have lines if you are wondering.

I’m on my fourth one of these bc they’re so awesome. I love the leather look and feel. Sometimes, I get the monogram, which looks great. I use them to plan and journal big trips. I love being able to just move my pages around since it’s a binder, and being able to create and add my own pages. Highly recommend for travelers. It really has the old-word travel feel to it. Arrives beautifully-wrapped in brown paper and twine. Love it!!!

Well made binder, good quality leather, paper, and rings. It came in nice paper packaging that would make it a great item to gift to a writer or other leatherwork connoisseur. The fact that it’s a fairly common size so that you can get refill paper for it is really nice as well so it isn’t a one-and-done type of deal. Overall, I’m happy with the quality of this binder and would happily order another one!

Simple and elegant leather notebook cover that exudes a classic feel while protecting your pages. The leather is soft and supple, with a nice brown tone. The exterior picks up rub marks fairly easily but I think this adds to its character. The rings are compatible with standard sized refills that are super easy to find.
