   These Yansanido Aesthetic Spiral Notebooks are exactly what I was looking for! The spirals and thick covers are very sturdy and the lined paper is of good quality and my pens and midliners do not bleed through. The colors are great to look at and the fact that they matched the color of the spiral binding is a nice detail. Will definitely buy these again when I use up the ones I have.

   I was looking for grid-ruled notebooks that would hold up as lab notebooks but were cute enough to use for other things, and for ~4 dollars per notebook, I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality I got! Both the front and back covers are made of the same plastic, which is decently thick. THIS IS VERY NICE if you write a lot in a lab/at coffee shops/etc where you are not always 100% sure the table is dry, because the plastic holds up a lot better than the cardboard covers you get on a lot of notebooks for a similar price.The best part in my opinion is the paper. I only write in pen, and my pens have little nubs and kind of “thin” ink relative to a gel pen or roller-ball pen. I like them because they are very dark and write easily, but because they are dark and the ink on the wetter side it tends to show through to the other side of pages (even though it doesn’t soak through) and I usually only use one side. Same goes for highlighters, which I use a lot, and I hate when you can see it through the other page and it becomes distracting.As you can see from the photos, you can hardly see the ink or highlighter AT ALL from the back side, and I was writing normally without trying to avoid this. Most of what you see in the photo is from how hard I press the pen, so if you have a lighter hand you might get even better results, but I was very impressed how fast my ink dried while I was writing on this paper (no smudges!) and how little showed through on the next page, I like this paper a lot and will be using both sides for once!10/10 recommend for the price, the only thing is the lettering on the front looks like it might scratch/wear off with time (hasn’t happened yet so maybe not) but I don’t care about this at all since that’s not what I liked about these anyways and I will just remove the rest of the lettering with acetone or something if it starts to look bad.

   They are cute simple little notebooks that just fit right in my purse I have a couple that I use for different purposes and I just wrote on top of them with a sharpie marker noting what that particular notebook is for. They seem durable. My only complaint is that the color is a little off. It just didn’t look as pretty to me as they look and the advertisement. Somebody else may prefer it to the color that’s in the advertisement, I don’t know, but me personally just seemed a little off. I still use them and think they were well worth the money because they were absolutely affordable. I probably won’t order again only because I’m gonna be looking for a different color but if I liked the color, I 100% would be ordering again, everything else about them is perfect.
