My Bible has a synthetic “leather” cover that started to shed along the corners of the spine. The actual binding is in great shape, and the cover is not showing any signs of detaching. But tiny brown flecks were coming off of it every time it was picked up or moved at all.I wasn’t sure if the 5 inch version would fit. The front cover is within the 5×7 parameters, but it is a little thicker than most paperback books. I reached out to the owner, and she was prompt in replying. She told me what I specifically needed to mention when ordering, and that’s what I did. Shipping was very prompt, and USPS delivered it ahead of schedule!When I first opened the package, I was certain I must have given her the wrong dimensions. I did not believe it would fit at.all, especially along the spine of the book. Eventually I decided I didn’t have anything to lose and put it on. Much to my surprise, it fits perfect!! Even along the spine! I’m very pleased with this purchase.As described, the fabric is very stretchy. It fits my needs just fine. I’m sure for some applications, this type of fabric would not hold up to use. But as someone who is overall kind to my books, this is great for me. I would recommend this to friends/family, and would happily order from her again in the future.
